Refund policy
At Giftezzy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order or request a replacement. In such situations, our Refund and Cancellation Policy is here to guide you through the process.
Cancellation Policy:
- Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. A full refund will be issued to the customer's original payment method.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.
Return / Refund Policy:
Returns are only applicable in cases where an incorrect or defective product has been delivered, differing from the item originally ordered.
Refunds will be initiated only under the following conditions:
· A complete unboxing video, clearly showing the issue along with your Order ID must be shared with us via:

· The replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.
· Please note that the original packaging, tags, and price tags must be kept intact for any return to be accepted. Returns will not be accepted if the original box, price tags, or other packaging elements are damaged.
· This policy does not apply to items damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer after delivery.
· Customers are required to return the product using a reliable courier service, and the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
· After receiving the original product, we will initiate the refund through your original payment method. The refunded amount should reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement request if the customer does not comply with the terms of our policy.
